Two long-time Enneagram teachers share their insights and best practices for using the system in powerful and meaningful ways – to change, grow and evolve.
While the basics of the Enneagram can be grasped within a single workshop and studying the types can simply be a matter of memorizing superficial behavior traits, working effectively with the system and knowing how to apply it can take years of practice and experience. And that level of experience lets us understand this amazing tool in a variety of ways, helping us to see past the jargon to the real inner work – what makes the Enneagram so enduring and powerful – and zero in on what’s most effective and useful.
Tom and Russ have a combined total of over 75 years working with the Enneagram. They come from very different traditions and backgrounds, but both use it as a basis for coaching, counseling and teaching. Both have dedicated themselves to finding ways to help their students and clients see themselves more objectively, and move beyond obsolete responses and limiting self-concepts.
Many of their students have enjoyed the way Tom and Russ learn from each other as they continue to expand their own perspectives on the system. While both of them provide meaningful and helpful workshops on their own, the interplay of their approaches creates something rich, unique and new.
In this workshop, Tom and Russ will share what they have found most productive and effective in working with the Enneagram through the years. They will each provide teachings, practices and exercises that they have found to be the most potent, and will explore ideas and discoveries that arise from their lively exchanges.
This workshop is for anyone using the Enneagram to grow and change, as well as for coaches, counselors and therapists.
Topics will include:
