One Payment of $650

The retreat registration fee is $650 per person and covers retreat teaching sessions, materials, and scheduled retreat activities. Hotel accommodations, travel, and meals are not included and are the responsibility of each participant.

All payment plans must be paid in full by the deadlines provided at registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because we are required to make advance planning commitments and meet minimum room reservation requirements with the hotel, the following cancellation policy applies:

– A non-refundable deposit of $150 is included in every registration and is retained in the event of cancellation.

– Cancellations received on or before August 1, 2026, will receive a refund of all amounts paid, less the $150 non-refundable deposit.

– Cancellations received between August 2 and August 31, 2026, will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.

– No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after September 1, 2026.

Retreat Cancellation by Organizers

If the retreat is canceled by the organizers, all registration fees paid will be refunded in full. The organizers are not responsible for airfare, hotel reservations, transportation costs, or other expenses incurred by participants.

By registering for the retreat, participants acknowledge and agree to this payment and cancellation policy.
