In this special ECG session, Russ Hudson will explore how to “graduate” our understanding of the Enneagram from a system of identification into a practical and creative tool for inner work, professional practice, and meaningful change. Drawing from decades of teaching, research, and spiritual practice, Russ will help participants consider how type functions within the psyche and how that understanding can unlock possibilities far beyond the limits of personality.
