Early Registration: 4 x $2,487.50
After September 30: 4 x $2,987.50
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because we are required to make advance planning commitments with the retreat venue and this by-invitation-only offering is limited to a small number of participants, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations in writing received on or before October 30 will receive a refund of amounts paid to Russ Hudson Consulting minus a $500 processing fee.
Cancellations received between October 31 – December 15 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee minus a $500 processing fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after December 18, 2026.
Retreat Cancellation by Organizers: If the retreat is canceled by the organizers, all registration fees paid will be refunded in full. The organizers are not responsible for airfare, hotel reservations, transportation costs, or other expenses incurred by participants.
