Life can be quite complicated to navigate these days. Uncountable forces—internal and external—pull us apart. Our limiting habits of mind, conflicting emotional states, past traumas and wounding can have us feel divided, split from our values and goals and even at war with ourselves. Engagement with social media, pressures to perform, continual crises in the environment, social structures, economics and more can distance us from one another.
Fundamental suffering, abandoned aspirations, anxiety, depression, lack of meaning, and ineffective—even addictive and destructive—behaviors can follow.
Under these pressures we are more prone to forget a variety of inner resources that are available to help us to respond to the world more skillfully, to move through our challenges with more graciousness, and to enjoy the fruits and blessings of our lives with more appreciation. Together we will uncover some of these resources and learn how to access them with greater ease and frequency.
In this ten-week interactive multi-dimensional program you will learn how to integrate aspects of yourself—especially those you feel most distasteful, problematic, difficult—with the actual everyday life you lead in our 21st-century world.

Course leaders
The program is led by James Flaherty, founder of the Integral Coaching methodology, and Russ Hudson, co-founder of the Enneagram Institute. This rigorous training is the culmination of their many years of joint study on the intersection of their two fields.
Prerequisites
We strongly recommend that all participants read The Wisdom of the Enneagram (Don Riso and Russ Hudson) and Coaching: Evoking Excellence in Others (James Flaherty) before attending the training. We also recommend that attendees have previous training with either The Enneagram Institute or New Ventures West. If you have not taken either of these programs but have had significant previous coach training or Enneagram training with another organization, you are still welcome to attend. However, we will assume that participants are familiar with the methodologies of The Enneagram Institute and New Ventures West, and we will not take time to review these methodologies nor to reconcile them with other approaches.
