The Enneagram is a powerful tool for self-discovery and personal transformation, and its applications in leadership are numerous. In this 3 hour introduction, you will learn about the nine Enneagram types and how they manifest in leadership styles, as well as how to use the Enneagram as a means of developing leadership skills and becoming a more impactful, effective, and compassionate leader.

The course will begin with an overview of the Enneagram system and the transformational leadership models.  We will then delve into the nine Enneagram types, exploring how these types manifest in your leadership approach.
